đź§ Why This Role Exists
If you’re a seasoned B2B marketer or strategist who loves variety, autonomy, and solving real growth challenges—but is tired of agency churn or in-house silos—this might be your dream role.
We’re not looking for a campaign operator. We’re looking for someone who can shape a company’s GTM from the inside, influence CROs and CMOs, and guide customers through real ABM transformation—not just lead-gen tweaks.
You’ll be embedded in our Customer Function, partnering with CS, Sales and Product teams to turn complex buying committees into closed revenue. You’ll bring the “agency brain” with the scale and resources of a product company behind you.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Serve as a fractional ABM strategist for our most strategic customers—building GTM frameworks, advising on campaign structure, and guiding outbound alignment
Lead onboarding sessions that cover not just how to use the platform—but why ABM works, and how to mature their GTM motion over time
Help mid-market and upmarket customers evolve from “lead gen” to “revenue programs” with real playbooks, segmentation models, and sales alignment
Co-develop campaign architecture with CS and product support—ensuring data, segments, and intent models are actionable
Support internal GTM innovation—bringing agency-level insights into CS, Product, and Marketing
Build internal maturity benchmarks and toolkits to scale consulting across accounts
Partner with Sales to scope strategic onboarding and paid consulting engagements
Join select sales cycles to assess readiness and position consulting as value-add and help with designing proof of value process for strategic accounts
đź§ What You Bring
5+ years in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, or ABM consulting—ideally with agency or multi-client experience
A strong grasp of segmentation, buyer journeys, funnel models, and how sales and marketing should actually work together
Fluency in MarTech tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, RollWorks, 6sense, etc.)
Experience working across industries or ICPs—you love adapting strategy to different customer types
Comfort advising CMOs, CROs, and senior marketers with confidence
Bonus: familiarity with paid media strategy, outbound sales motions, or RevOps structures
